ZnSe Laser Focus Lens

ZnSe laser focus lens is yellow and transparent crystalloid material. The size of the crystal granule is about 70μm, the permeance area is between 0.5-15μm. Due to the use CVD or PVD technic of synthesis, it is almost non-existent the characters about impurity absorbtion and low loss scattering.

ZnSe has a high capacity on the shock of thermal, make it become the best optical material in high-power CO2 laser systems. But its soft material is more easily scratch and highly refraction. So there is a need highly hardness film and reduce reflection film in surface coating to protect and get a high transmittance.

Here is also need to strictly control the material absorbtion and internal structural weakness, and use the minimum damage polishing technology and the highest quality optical plating film processing. Therefore, the high quality lens depends on its material and post processing.
